Cortland (WSYR-TV) – A Cortland man was arrested after a “forcible touching” incident that allegedly occurred on Saturday.
James Albro, 34, of East River Road, was charged with forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child, both misdemeanors.
The alleged incident involved a 17-year-old that was visiting Albro’s family.
He was arraigned in Town of Homer Court and taken to the Cortland County Jail in lieu of $1,500 cash bail or $3,000 bond.
He is scheduled to return to court on Oct. 1.
