Craig D’Onfrio’s Fitness Update
Craig has been making great progress due to his effort and focus during our workout sessions. Weekly the intensity of his workout sessions have increased and Craig continues to work hard despite being continually challenged. His weight loss can also be attributed to the consistency of him coming in on his own to perform cardiovascular workouts and a structured weight program. By Craig coming in early to workout is an added benefit because it allows him to burn more calories throughout the day, by this he gains the maximum weight loss benefits of his workouts.
