This week was a good week. I had some awesome workouts with Kulaa at Gold’s, he is really pushing me. Awesome! Thanks Kulaa! Only struggle I am finding this week is that I am still a little hungry in the evening before bed. Working through the hunger, I think it is more mental than physical. I had an appointment with Dr Scinta’s office to go over Blood work results, and even better news: I am no longer type 2 diabetic. My blood work has shown about a 95 percent improvement from when we started this Challenge. Still striving for everything to be in the normal range on the blood work.

The past week was an up and down week for me. I believe it is due to the fact that I am one of those people who weighs themselves too frequently. I started the week out down a few pounds, and by the end of the week I was still the same as the beginning of the week. I talked to Dr. Scinta about my Food Menu, to see if there was anything I was doing wrong. I feel like the weight wasn’t coming off as fast as I would like it.
Monday – I do an evening Boot camp class with Kulaa at Gold’s Gym in Liverpool. A grueling workout, but when I am finished, I feel really good.
Tuesday – I did a cardio workout for about 45 mins.
Wednesday – I did a work out given by Kulaa, some weight lifting, a little core training, and a bit of cardio.
Thursday – a day off from exercising.
Friday – Bright and early 5:30 a one-on-one session with Kulaa. He beats me up it seems, but at the end of the workout I feel like I accomplished something. I enjoy the work-out because it is always different.
Saturday & Sunday are another rest day for me exercise wise. These are the days I struggle keeping on my food plan. Sometimes I stray, depending on how hungry the kids are and what they want to eat.
