Syracuse (WSYR-TV) – City department of water crews responded to a water-main break in downtown Syracuse early Thursday morning.

West Jefferson Street between Clinton and Salina streets remain closed while personnel work to repair the break.

The department anticipates that the repairs should take several more hours.
