Pulaski (WSYR-TV) -- A domestic dispute in Oswego County led to the discovery of a methamphetamine manufacturing operation in Pulaski on Tuesday, according to State Police.

Police say this is the second methamphetamine bust in Oswego County in just two weeks.

Police arrested 37-year-old Eugene Lacour, Jr., of the 4800 block of North Jefferson Street.

Lacour has been charged with:

• Assault
• Unlawful imprisonment
• Criminal obstruction of breathing
• Harrassment
• Criminal possession of a controlled substance
• Unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamine

Autumn M. Lavanchard, 23, who resides at the same address as Lacour, was also charged with one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance and one count of unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamine.

Lavanchard and Lacour are both being held at the Oswego County Correctional Facility on $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond.

State Police say the manufacturing of “meth” is a growing problem in Oswego County. A Sandy Creek woman was taken into custody after a lab was discovered in the 200 block of Hardwood Drive last Friday.
