Town of Palermo (WSYR-TV) - A Fulton man has been charged with driving drunk after he crashed his car into two utility poles and a house Sunday night in the Town of Palermo.

Clayton Brewer II, 50, of County Route 8 in Fulton, was arrested by Oswego County Sheriff's Deputies just before midnight and charged with driving while intoxicated and crossing hazardous road markings.

According to police, Brewer was speeding when he lost control of a Ford pickup truck and slammed into a house on State Route 3 in Palermo. He was issued a ticket and released. Brewer is scheduled to return to Town of Palermo Court August 16.
