Dundee (WSYR-TV) – A 49-year-old Dundee man was arrested on Monday on charges including rape stemming from multiple incidents involving a person under the age of 17 in Madison County.
Edward Dean was charged with the three counts of endangering the welfare of a child, a class A felony, and three counts of rape in the third degree, a class E felony.
He was arraigned in Town of Lincoln Court and is being held at Madison County Jail on $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond. He is scheduled to return to court on Dec. 1.
