Emergency crews respond to fire in Oswego County

Phoenix (WSYR-TV) – Emergency crews responded to the scene of a fire in Oswego County on Thanksgiving Day.

Oswego County 911 confirmed that the fire was initially reported shortly after noon on Dix Drive between Route 57 and Oswego River Road.

The fire was under control around 2 p.m.

No one was injured during the incident.

A fire official said that the blaze was affected by an oxygen container within the residence.

Investigators believe the fire began in a bathroom, but they were still trying to determine what caused it on Thursday afternoon.
