Father and son facing pot charges in Oswego County

Oswego (WSYR-TV) – A father and son are facing felony charges stemming from a pot bust in Oswego County.

Timothy Maloney Sr., 51, and Timothy Malony Jr., 25, both of 258 State Route 183, Williamstown, have both been charged with criminal possession of marijuana.

According to Oswego County Sheriff’s Investigators, they recovered about 62 marijuana plants in the woods on the Maloneys’ property while they were conducting an unrelated investigation.

Sheriff’s Investigators say they also found cut marijuana on the property.

They were arraigned in Town of Amboy Court and released. They are set to return to court on Oct. 16.
