Fayetteville (WSYR-TV) - One day after investigating a bank robbery in Manlius, police were called to Fayetteville for reports of another robbery.
Saturday morning around 9:05 a.m, investigators were at the M&T Bank, located on 500 East Genesee Street, looking for clues.
Manlius police are handling the investigation. Officers say a man walked into the bank and demanded money from a worker. He escaped with some cash. No customers or workers at the bank were hurt.
The suspected robber is described as a white male with a thin build. He was last seen wearing a dark suit jacket and pants, a light colored hoodie, a ball cap and a light multi-colored scarf wrapped around his head.
Police say this appears to be the same man involved in a robbery at the SECNY credit union in Manlius on Friday.
Anyone with any information about either case can call Town of Manlius Police at 682-2212.
