Fayetteville (WSYR-TV) - For the second time this summer, a worker from New Process Gear has struck it rich in the New York State Lottery.

Albert Nanni bought a winning Emerald 8's lottery scratch-off ticket earlier this month at the Wegmans location in DeWitt, a ticket worth $1 million.

The Fayetteville man is the newest winner in Onondaga County, and the fifth Lottery winner in the county since June.

Nanni says he purchases his tickets at the Wegmans location each morning and shops there two or three times a week.

The retired New Process Gear worker was presented with the winning check on Wednesday. He says he plans to share his jackpot with his son and daughter-in-law who are expecting a baby girl. "I've got a granddaughter coming and my daughter-in-law and my son here. I'll take care of them first," Nanni said.

Even though Nanni has hit the jackpot, he doesn't plan on staying away from these machines or this Wegmans, where he says he'll continue to buy lottery tickets everyday.

Nanni will receive checks for $33,000 a year for the next 20 years.
