Feds searched Fine's SU office Tuesday
Syracuse (WSYR-TV) – A law enforcement official tells NewsChannel 9 that federal authorities searched former assistant coach Bernie Fine's office on the Syracuse University campus early Tuesday morning.
Fine's office in the Carmelo K. Anthony Basketball Center was searched around 5:30 a.m. as part of the investigation into child molestation claims against him, according to the source who requested to remain anonymous.
NewsChannel 9 has also learned that Fine's locker was searched early Wednesday morning.
Federal authorities searched Fine's DeWitt home Friday afternoon.
Three men have accused Fine of molestation. He was fired by the University on Sunday.
