SYRACUSE, NY (WSYR-TV) - Bobby Davis, the man who accused longtime SU assistant basketball coach Bernie Fine of sex abuse, fireback at comments made by head coach Jim Boeheim.

Davis, a former ball boy for the Orange, spoke to ESPN’s Outside the Lines Sunday morning.

Davis and his step-brother, Mike Lang, claim Fine sexually abused them in the 1980's and 1990's.

Head coach Jim Boeheim recently commented that “it is a bunch of lies that he has told,” referring to Davis, who responded Sunday.

“Boeheim wasn't there with me and Bernie. I don't know how he could say that,” said Davis. “He wasn't there. Like how does he know what happened in Bernie's house at night? Maybe he thinks he knows Bernie like a lot of people do but they don't. How can he tell people that he didn't do that to me you know?"

Davis got emotional at times during the interview, crying at the thought of somebody quote: "doing this to my kid."
