Pulteney, New York (WSYR-TV) – One of the Finger Lakes’ best known wineries was damaged by fire last night.
The fire at Dr. Konstantin Frank’s Vinifera Wine Cellars started around 8:45 last night. The winery is located just north of Hammondsport.
Investigators say the fire started in one of the winery’s new buildings, and that building was the only one damaged in the fire.
The cause of the fire has not yet been determined.
