Syracuse (WSYR-TV) – A former Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office arms instructor and Glock employee was sentenced on Friday morning.

Mark Doneburgh of the town of Onondaga had been indicted on a host of gun charges, but ultimately pleaded guilty in October to only one count of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree.

Doneburgh was sentenced to three years conditional discharge, along with a $1,000 fine.

Doneburgh pleaded guilty and a judge dismissed three violent felony charges against him.
