Fulton man accused of threatening victim with ninja sword

Fulton (WSYR-TV) – Oswego County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a Fulton man early Friday morning who they say threatened to cut a victim’s throat with a ninja sword.

Sheriff’s Deputies charged Matthew Buchanan, 23, of 55 Clifford Rd., Fulton, with menacing in the second degree, a misdemeanor. The incident occurred in the town of Palermo at approximately 3:43 a.m.

He was arraigned in Town of Palermo Court and taken to the Oswego County Jail in lieu of $1,500 cash bail or $3,000 bond. He is scheduled to return to court on June 18.
