Fulton (WSYR-TV) -- A 36-year-old Fulton man is facing child pornography charges.
State Police arrested Jeremiah J. Wiltsie, of 2657 State Route 3, Fulton, on Thursday and have charged him with one count each of possession of a sexual performance by a child and promoting a sexual performance by a child.
Authorities say Wiltsie shared a video via a peer-to-peer website depicting inappropriate sexual conduct between two female children younger than 12 years old.
Wiltsie is also facing one count of failure to provide sustenance to a dog that lived at his home. That dog was found malnourished and had "mange or some kind of skin disease," according to Donald Mason, Town of Volney dog control officer.
The dog will likely have to be put down, Mason said.
Wiltsie is being held at the Oswego County Jail on $5,000 cash bail.
State Police are asking anyone with information regarding Wiltsie to call them at 598-2112.
