Fulton (WSYR-TV) – A Fulton man has been accused of rape after an alleged incident in a West Broadway apartment.
According to police, 34-year-old Shawn Sawyer, of 717 W. Broadway, Fulton, forced himself on a victim early Thursday morning despite her saying “no.”
Police arrested him a few hours later at 141 S. First St., Fulton.
They charged him with rape in the first degree, a felony.
