Fulton man ticketed in South Salina Street crash in Syracuse that took down 2 utility poles

Syracuse (WSYR-TV) – Syracuse Police have ticketed a Fulton man who was behind the wheel of a pickup truck on South Salina Street when it crashed into two utility poles, snapping them into two pieces.
29-year-old Kevin Lagray was ticketed for unsafe passing after the incident, which prompted police to shut down the street from Calthrop Avenue to Ostrander Avenue.
National Grid personnel are still on the scene after the crash, which caused a power outage in the South Side neighborhood.
The told police the poles should be repaired by 4 p.m.
