Syracuse (WSYR-TV) -- Gills Onions is recalling two varieties of onions that were sold at Syracuse area Wegmans locations. Those stores include: John Glenn, DeWitt, Onondaga, Cicero, Taft Road, Great Northern, James Street, Auburn, and Fairmount.
The onions have been recalled because they may be contaminated with listeria. However, no illnesses have been linked to this recall.
The products included in the recall are the diced celery and onions and the diced yellow onions, both with use-by dates of August 3.
