Granby (WSYR-TV) -- State Police have arrested the driver involved in a hit and run in the town of Granby on Tuesday.
Kurt McArdell, 21, of Baldwinsville, was arrested Wednesday.
Police say McArdell was behind the wheel of a maroon, 2004 Volkswagen Jetta when he struck the victim, 60-year-old Sistine C. Callen, who was riding her bicycle on State Route 48 in the Town of Granby.
Callen suffered broken bones in the collision and is currently listed in Fair condition at Upstate University Hospital.
McArdell turned himself into State Police in Fulton Wednesday afternoon and was charged with leaving the scene of a serious personal injury auto accident and failure to safely pass a bicyclist.
McArdell is expected back in court on January 28.
