Syracuse (WSYR-TV) - A Syracuse business that has satisfied the sweet tooth of so many people is doing some celebrating Tuesday -- and there was no need to bring a cake, considering what this business makes.

The Harrison Bakery is celebrating 60 years of serving cakes, donuts, and cookies from its location on West Genesee Street.

The store is in its third generation, being passed along by members of the Rothfeld family.

Jimmy Rothfeld tells us he's hopeful the store will become a fourth generation business someday.

He also says the store got its start as a soda fountain, and grew from there.
