Hiker attacked by rabid fox
Ithaca (WSYR-TV) -- Tompkins County health officials say a hiker is being treated for rabies after being bitten by a rabid fox.
Officials say two people were hiking on a trail in Buttermilk Falls State Park when the animal attacked them.
Park police officers later shot and killed the fox.
