Syracuse (WSYR-TV) -- Syracuse Police are investigating a hit and run crash that sent two people to the hospital Monday night. It happened at the intersection of First North Street and Wolf Street.

Police say a Mercury Montego likely ran the stop sign and hit another car. That’s when police say the driver got out of the car and ran from the scene.

Both of the victims were taken to the hospital with what police say are non-life threatening injuries.

The driver of the Montego has not yet been located.
