SYRACUSE, NY (WSYR-TV) - The inaugural NY Sportsman’s Show is being held at OCC’s SRC Arena this weekend.
It includes vendors, a duck hunting simulator, live trout pond for kids to fish in and an archery range where you can test your skills.
Organizers said the NY Sportsman’s Show boasts more products, like the latest ice-fishing lures, rather than an overabundance of outfitters filling your bag with brochures.
"You know, there aren't a lot of outfitters here. The traditional sportsman show features a lot of outfitters, which are groups that come to Syracuse to get you to hunt with them in other parts of the country,” said promoter Tom Tarry.
The Inaugural New York Sportsman's Show continues on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
