ITHACA, NY (WSYR-TV) - Investigators are looking for a man involved in a forcible touching incident at an apartment complex.

Around 3:15 Sunday morning, the victim was in her apartment when she heard a knock at the door. Thinking it was a friend, she opened it as an unknown man tried to push his way into the apartment.

Once inside, police say there was a struggle and the man touched the victim in her genital area. The victim was eventually able to push him out of her apartment and lock the door.

The suspect is described as Hispanic, in his early 20's, 5'9" - 5'10" with short dark brown hair. He was wearing white plaid knee length shorts with dark blue. He has a mole or large freckle on one of his cheeks.

Anyone with information is asked to call Ithaca Police at 607-272-3245.
