Ithaca shooting suspect arrested
Ithaca (WSYR-TV) – Police have arrested an Ithaca man who they say was responsible for a shooting on Oak Avenue in January.
Tyrelle McCargo was arrested shortly after 8 p.m. on Monday at the Ithaca Police Department headquarters.
McCargo has been charged with assault in the second degree, a felony.
He was arraigned in Ithaca City Court and taken to the Tompkins County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash or $20,000 bail.
