Syracuse (WSYR-TV) – Central New York’s popular event Jazz Fest is underway Friday at Jamesville Beach Park.
This is the event’s first year at the new venue.
Gates are set to open at 2 p.m. with music starting at 3:30 p.m. Kenny G will appear at 9:30 p.m. tonight.
Other popular acts include Donovan at 8 p.m. on Saturday, followed by Average White Band at 9:30 p.m.
The event is free.
