Pulaski (WSYR-TV) – Two people in northern Oswego County are facing meth charges after an investigation into an unrelated larceny.
The Oswego County Sheriff’s Office charged Tyler Drake, 19, of Sandy Creek, and Genevria Phillips, 20, of Pulaski with unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamine in the third degree, a class D felony.
Investigators charged Drake after they say they found equipment and items consistent with meth manufacturing in a van and a residence.
They say Phillips was caught purchasing pseudoephedrine as part of a meth making operation.
Both were arraigned in Town of Richland Court.
Drake was taken to the Oswego County jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond. Phillips was jailed in lieu of $3,000 cash bail or $6,000 bond.
