Man accused of shooting sister in the face arraigned, held in lieu $500K cash, $1M bond bail
Syracuse (WSYR-TV) – A Syracuse man whose sister is in the hospital after he allegedly shot her in the face was arraigned in city court on Monday.
Lamont Williams, 21, is currently being held at the Justice Center in lieu of $500,000 cash bail or $1 million bond.
Larae Williams is being treated at Upstate University Hospital. Police say her 10-year-old brother was at home during the incident on North Midler Avenue.
On Sunday, police said the victim is in critical, but stable, condition.
Lamont Williams was charged with second degree assault.
