Man charged with causing deadly motorcycle accident

Williamstown, New York (WSYR-TV) An Oswego County man is dead, another man charged with causing his death, after a motorcycle and SUV collided in the town of Williamstown Sunday night.

State Police say Edward Lazore, 24, was riding his motorcycle along Route 183 around 8:40pm when Patrick Wesseldine, 26, pulled out in front of him from Sol Davis Road.  Lazore’s motorcycle crashed into Wesseldine’s SUV.   He died at the scene.

Wesseldine was arraigned at the town of Albion court.  He has been charged with vehicular manslaughter, driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol, and failure to yield the right way.  He is being held at Oswego County Jail.
