Manlius (WSYR-TV) – Onondaga County Sheriff’s Investigators arrested a Manlius Pebble Hill administrator and coach and charged him with forcibly touching a student during a physical education class.

MPH Director of Communications Susan Gullo noted that Thomas Pritchard, 45, of 5107 Old Barn Rd., Clay, was placed on paid administrative leave.

Pritchard is an assistant athletic director at the small private school.

Gullo said that as soon as school administration was made aware of the allegations, they contacted DeWitt Police, who passed the information on to the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office.

The alleged incident occurred on June 1 during school hours.

In addition to his administrative position, Pritchard coaches boys modified sports, including lacrosse, soccer, and basketball.

Pritchard was arraigned in East Syracuse Village Court and taken to the Onondaga County Justice Center where he was being held on $500 cash bail or $1000 bail bond.
