Marrone to be new Buffalo Bills coach
Syracuse (WSYR-TV) - Syracuse Football Coach Doug Marrone has agreed to be the next head coach for the Buffalo Bills.
ESPN's Adam Schefter reports the Bills and Marrone reached an agreement early Sunday morning.
The announcement comes one day after NFL.com reported that Marrone had interviewed with the Cleveland Browns for a second time on Saturday.
The specifics of Marrone's deal with the Bills have not yet been released.
Marrone has 25 wins and 25 losses in his four seasons with the Orange.
