Multiple crews respond to Munnsville Hotel fire

Munnsville (WSYR-TV) – 12 departments responded to a fire at a landmark building in the Madison County village of Munnsville on Thursday night.

All of the Munnsville Hotel’s residents were able to leave the hotel safely.

There are between six and eight apartments in the historic hotel.

Red Cross is helping the displaced residents.

Route 46 was closed while crews dealt with the blaze.

Fire officials said it was too early to determine the cause of the fire.
