North Syracuse (WSYR-TV) -- It's an issue that's got teachers and staff in the North Syracuse School District fired up -- three administrators are up for raises, as the district re-organizes.

The trouble is that earlier this year, teachers agreed to a pay freeze saying they made sacrifices to help balance the budget.

The district's superintendent, Dr. Kim Dyce Faucette, spoke with NewsChannel 9 and she explained the details of the proposal.

"Every decision is grounded on the best interest of our students. The bottom line is we want to ensure we have quality people leading the organization to move our agenda forward and that's the major reason why a re-organization was embarked on,” Dyce-Faucette said.
