Nearly 2,400 without power in Oswego County
Oswego (WSYR-TV) – Thousands of Central New Yorkers are still without power in certain counties.
Just under 2,400 people in Oswego County are without power, while about 200 in Oneida County are still waiting for power to be restored.
About 60 are without power in Seneca County and 70 are without power in Cayuga County.
