Oswego man accused of stealing from youth hockey concession stand

Oswego (WSYR-TV) – An Oswego man was arrested Tuesday, accused of stealing cash from the Oswego Minor Hockey Association’s concession stand earlier this month.

Police allege that 44-year-old Joseph D. Chesare, Jr., entered the concession stand – located within the Crisafulli Skating Rink in Oswego -- after hours and stole an undisclosed amount of cash from the register.

Chesare is charged with burglary in the third degree – a class D Felony.

Chesare was arraigned in the Town of Volney Court where he was released on his own recognizance. He’ll be back in court on February 28.
