Oswego man arrested; license suspended 7 times

Oswego (WSYR-TV) – An Oswego man has been arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation after having his license suspended seven times.

Jose Clavell, 52, of 263 Bunker Hill Rd., has been charged with driving while intoxicated on five different occasions since 1991.

In addition to driving with a suspended license, Clavell was charged with having an improper rear bumper when he was pulled over on State Route 3 in the town of Hannibal on Saturday.

He was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to return to Town of Hannibal Court on May 15.
