Lebanon (WSYR-TV) - A public hearing drew a big crowd this Wednesday evening in Lebanon to talk about Norse Energy Corporation’s proposal to build the underground pipeline through both the towns of Lebanon and Eaton. The company says activity has spiked in recent years and they need to move more gas -- but some worry about safety and oversight.
