Syracuse (WSYR-TV) -- Syracuse Police are investigating a bank robbery that happened Tuesday morning at the Alliance Bank branch located at 1001 James Street.
Authorities say a masked suspect approached a teller and demanded cash.
The suspect has been desicribed as a white male, wearing a red hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, gloves and a black mask.
The suspect got away with an undisclosed amount of cash. Police say he fled on foot and was last seen running northbound towards Highland Avenue.
