Syracuse (WSYR-TV) – Syracuse Police have arrested a second suspect in the killing of 19-year-old Jamal Holmes.

17-year-old Charles Williams has been arraigned on felony murder, attempted murder, and misdemeanor criminal possession of a weapon charges.

Police say 21-year-old Daquan Dowdell gunned down Holmes as he rode his bicycle on Landon Avenue.

They have not indicated how Williams was involved in the February incident.

A second person was injured in the shooting. Police declined to identify the second shooting victim who survived the incident.
