Syracuse (WSYR-TV) – State Police have identified the second victim killed in a two-car crash on I-690 Eastbound early Monday morning.

Police say Keisha Gray, 20, formerly of Piqua, Ohio, was driving the Pontiac Grand Prix when it spun, struck a concrete barrier, and then landed in the left and center lanes before an oncoming car crashed into it.

Gray and Ryan Misener were both killed as a result of the accident.

Gray’s name was withheld because police were trying to notify her next of kin.

Joseph Clayton, 28, of Liverpool, was also in the car. He was taken to Upstate University Hospital in critical condition.
