Police in Oneida ask residents to avoid flood clean-up areas
Oneida (WSYR-TV) – Police are asking people in the city of Oneida to avoid areas that are in the process of being cleaned after flooding swept through the community.
According to police, traffic is slowing clean-up efforts in affected areas.
They say some streets may be closed temporarily while crews are working in the area.
They added that no “trash or scrap picking” is permitted in clean-up areas.
