Syracuse (WSYR-TV) – Syracuse Police released new information on Thursday regarding a vehicle involved in a serious hit-and-run incident on Robinson Street that left a pedestrian in critical condition.

Police say they are looking for a black or dark colored Jeep with white license plates. They added on Thursday that the vehicle has a chrome grill and chrome rims that may be “spoked” style.

The Jeep may have low profile tires on it and looks like a “box style” that may have square fenders around the tires.

There is no tire on the back of the Jeep and minimal damage may be evident on the front passenger-side bumper or the front-passenger side quarter panel.

Anyone with information on the vehicle or the incident should call Syracuse Police at (315) 442-5151.
