Liverpool (WSYR-TV) -- The thrill of high-speed boating is making its return to Onondaga Lake next month.
“Race the Lake” is a two day competition among 60 inboard boats from across the United States and Canada, racing at speeds of up to 200mph.
More than a dozen vintage boats will also compete for cash prizes.
The event also features on-shore activities like an arts and crafts fair, retailers and food vendors.
The fun begins June 16 and 17 in the Willow Bay section of Onondaga Lake Park.
