Syracuse (WSYR-TV/CNN) – The
Wall Street Journal is reporting that social media site Facebook is considering lifting its ban on users under the age of 13.
According to the Journal, Facebook is devising a special new feature for kids’ pages.
The technology would enable parents to control who their kids “Friend” and what applications they can access.
Many younger users already use fake information about their ages in order to gain access to the popular social media website.
