Syracuse (WSYR-TV) -- A new report out Thursday shows foreclosure rates in the Syracuse area are on the rise.
According to
Core-Logic, foreclosure rates in June 2012 hit nearly four percent, up from this same time last year. The Syracuse rate is also higher than the national foreclosure rate.
The rate now sits at over three and a quarter percent.
