Dalton, Ga. (WSYR-TV) – A Jamesville man is dead after being struck by a car in Northern Georgia, according to multiple news agencies.
Both the
Chattanooga Times Free Press and
NBC affiliate WRBC-TV say Timothy Parker, 25, was hit while Chattanooga Road in Dalton, Ga., on Wednesday morning.
He died after being taken to a local hospital.
According to both outlets, a Georgia man was traveling south on the road when his vehicle hit Parker.
They say local police are investigating the incident.
