Rome man found, turned over to New Hartford police

Rome (WSYR-TV) – State Police say they've located a Rome man who went missing after an incident at a home on Turin Road late Tuesday afternoon.

Joseph Swancott, 20, was found in good health by State Police at around 2:30 p.m. in the town of Camden. However, it was determined that he was wanted by the New Hartford Police Department and was subsequently turned over to them for further action.

State Police did not specify what charges Swancott was wanted for.
