Salina (WSYR-TV) – A Salina man with an extensive history of drunk driving offenses who spent nearly four years in prison for killing his girlfriend in a 2003 incident is once again facing DWI charges.

Onondaga County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Joseph Bertrand, 49, in the town of Salina last weekend.

Prison records indicate that Bertrand was granted parole on Aug. 8, 2008.
